In 1965, George Vowels came to Butler, Missouri, and purchased what is now known as Western Communications Inc.
There was one other technician at that time. Western Communications has grown to two sales & service locations with the addition of the Joplin, Missouri facility in 1972.
We now have 13 fulltime employees and cover 25 counties with our service vehicles. Our combined knowledge and experience exceeds many decades in the field of Two-Way Radio and Computer Services. We service Northeast Oklahoma, Southeast and East Central Kansas, Southwest and West Central Missouri.
